Late Policy: Clients are granted a 5-minute grace period. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.
Session Time Limit: All consultations are strictly limited to 30 minutes and will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.
